To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return full-price merchandise to 8520 within three weeks (21 days) of the original purchase date. ALL returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original sales invoice, a return authorization #, and must be in perfect, saleable condition with the original packaging attached. 8520 has the right to refuse returns not meeting this requirement. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.
8520 will not issue a refund for merchandise that does not meet the above conditions. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will be denied. If your returned merchandise is not accepted, for reasons we deem appropriate, you will be notified via email to the email address you provided during checkout. Within two weeks (14 days) of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund, you will have the ability to request that your merchandise be shipped back to you in the condition that it was received by our customer service, at your cost. You have two weeks (14 days) to reply with a written request for the return of your merchandise, in which you must agree to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee and specify the method of payment for this service. If this is not done within two weeks (14 days), you are authorizing 8520 to dispose of such merchandise.
All shipping charges incurred by purchasing an item online are non-refundable. 8520 does not accept returns of merchandise that was not purchased online.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number along with a brief reason for your exchange for a Return Authorization # or for any other exchange inquiries - only orders with Return Authorization #'s will be accepted.
Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the date your item was delivered and should be sent prepaid. Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as 8520 is not responsible for any returned packages not received. Please send your items to:

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your exchange from the date we receive your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. With your package, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, Return Authorization # and the item for which you are exchanging.
